Anti-Counterfeit Statement

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continued support and trust in KAIDA brand connectors!

Recently, we have received customer feedback indicating the presence of counterfeit and imitation KAIDA products in the market. Certain unscrupulous individuals have also engaged in promotional and sales activities by fraudulently using our brand, constituting acts of infringement. These activities severely violate the legitimate rights of consumers and our company, disrupting normal market order.

In response, KAIDA solemnly declares the following:

The quality and safety of counterfeit products cannot be guaranteed. We urge all users to purchase KAIDA connectors exclusively through official authorized sales channels to avoid unnecessary losses. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for the quality of counterfeit products.

To protect our rights and eliminate such infringements, effective August 1, 2025, we will affix an official company seal on all paper delivery notes accompanying shipments (see below picture of our delivery note and quality pass certificate ):

If you encounter individuals selling products using forged KAIDA delivery notes or certificates, please report to us and assist in verification.
